Braving early morning temperatures of 47F alumni, students, friends, faculty and staff came out in force for the 3rd Annual 5K Walk to End the Demand for Human Trafficking. Participants gathered in solidarity and listened to a human trafficking survivor who shared her story about how a moment of vulnerability made her susceptible to traffickers as well as a law enforcement official who spoke to the urgent nature of human trafficking which is happening here in South Florida.
