Patrick Martin earned his A.A. from Broward College in 2014 and pursued his passion for journalism with a B.A. in Multimedia Journalism at Florida Atlantic University and an M.S. in Journalism from the Graduate School of Journalism from New York's Columbia University. In 2017, Patrick joined NBC News and is currently a network level Producer within the Health & Medical Unit.

Prior to his studies at Broward College, Patrick served in the U.S. Army where he was an Airborne Infantry Squad Leader.
